Each year, WAEF awards scholarships to talented students and community members through a thoughtful and rigorous review process overseen by WAEF's Grants & Scholarships Committee.
In 2022, over 130 applications were reviewed for 26 scholarships totaling $40,500.
The Board of Directors of WAEF is pleased to offer these scholarships to graduating seniors - and two adults - in the Wyomissing Area School District. Please click on the link for each scholarship application to read more about its eligibility requirements. Applications will be opened in December 2022.
All scholarship applicants are required to submit ONE cover sheet, regardless of the number of scholarships for which you are applying.
Applicants may apply for as many scholarships for which they are eligible.
The deadline to apply for 2023 scholarships is Friday, March 3, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
All applications will be reviewed by WAEF's Scholarship Selection Committee at a meeting in April;
there is no advantage to submitting your applications early.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed.
If you have any problems submitting your application(s),
please email Amy Knopsnyder or Molly McCullough Murrill.
